Jewellery Care & Warranty

Regular Cleaning

Diamonds can accumulate dirt, oils, and lotions over time, affecting their brilliance. Clean your diamond jewellery regularly to maintain its sparkle. You can use a mild solution of warm water and gentle washing-up liquid. Soak the jewellery for a few minutes, gently scrub with a soft brush (such as a toothbrush), rinse thoroughly, and pat dry with a clean, lint-free cloth.

Avoid Harsh Chemicals

Keep your diamond jewellery away from harsh chemicals, such as chlorine bleach, household cleaners, and abrasive substances. These can damage both the metal setting and the diamond itself. Remove your jewellery when engaging in activities that involve exposure to chemicals.

Store your diamond jewellery separately to prevent scratches and tangling. Ideally, keep each piece in a soft pouch or individual compartment in a jewellery box. Avoid storing diamonds with other gemstones, as they can scratch softer stones.

Safe Handling

When handling your diamond jewellery, avoid touching the diamond directly with your fingers. Oils and dirt from your skin can diminish its brilliance. Instead, hold the jewellery by its metal parts or use a clean cloth when touching the diamond.

Professional Inspection

Periodically have your diamond jewellery inspected by a professional jeweller. They can check for loose stones, worn prongs, or any signs of damage. Professional cleaning and maintenance can help preserve the beauty and longevity of your diamond jewellery.

Be Mindful of Activities

While diamonds are durable, they can still be susceptible to damage. Avoid wearing your diamond jewellery when engaging in activities such as sports, gardening, or heavy lifting. Diamonds can chip or scratch if subjected to a hard impact.

Prong Inspection

Pay attention to the prongs holding the diamond in place, especially in rings. Prongs can wear down over time, potentially leading to a loose diamond. Regularly inspect the prongs and have them repaired or re-tipped if necessary.
